- Remove chicken from the pouch, place on a microwave-safe plate. Cover with paper towel; microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Melt 1 teaspoon of butter (not included) in a large nonstick pan, on medium-high heat. Add 2 tortillas, one with ⅓ of the cheese and ⅓ of the chicken.
- When tortillas start to brown (60-90 seconds), flip the empty tortilla onto the chicken and cheese and press gently with a spatula.
- Cook until desired doneness (longer for extra crisp). Remove from pan and cut into quarters. Top with Avocado Crema and Diego salsa.
- Repeat for remaining tortillas to make three quesadillas.
