- 2 cups shredded beef
- 12 Don Pancho corn tortillas
- Oil for deep-frying
- Sour cream (optional)
- Divide beef into 12 portions.
- Warm tortillas, spread strips of beef across a tortilla.
- Roll up tightly to form taquito, fasten with toothpick.
- Repeat process with remaining tortillas.
- Heat oil in deep skillet and fry several taquitos at a time, turning until crisp.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Remove toothpicks, serve warm with guacamole or sour cream dip.
